ILLUSTRATOR & VISUAL ARTIST

Forced to leave my stance as a spectator to become a partaker on earth in a new way, I learned to take one step backward, to grab hold of my first love earning a M.A. degree from Savannah College of Art & Design. Formerly a professional dancer and choreographer, telling stories has always been second nature. There is always a message within my artwork. As a creative, I enjoy realistic narratives that connect and portray life and events. Art is the epiphany that is gratifying to my spirit and choreography to my soul.

I attended undergrad at University of the Arts and SUNY Empire State University earning a dual BA in Arts and Dance Theatre. In 2021, I was honored as a grant recipient from Houston Arts Alliance. Former accolades included working in the entertainment side of public relations representing entertainment clientele such as Tyler Perry. I am a proud member of SAG/AFTRA having performed in television, film and stage and a lifelong learner.
